About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Advisor - Plant Operations to join our Operations and Maintenance team based in Kwinana. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to play a key role in one of Perth's critical resource recovery and wastewater treatment operations, driving operational excellence across essential water infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Support the smooth operation of plant facilities by monitoring and maintaining equipment performance
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization
- Provide technical support during plant start-ups, shutdowns, and maintenance activities
Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in plant operations or a related field
- A strong understanding of water treatment processes and equipment operation
