What This Role Involves
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Incitec Pivot Fertilisers team in Brisbane CBD. The role involves supporting the delivery of a seamless customer experience by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, live chat)
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
