About This Position

As a Customer Delivery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the delivery process for our clients. This position offers a unique blend of administrative and customer service responsibilities, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction from start to finish.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
• Communicate with customers, providing updates on delivery status and addressing any concerns
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues related to deliveries
• Prepare and track delivery documents and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery processes

Who We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in customer service or delivery coordination
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using CRM and other delivery management software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu
