Caregiver – Day /Evening /Overnights

Join Senior Helpers of Sheboygan as an in-home caregiver and provide compassionate, hands-on support to seniors throughout Sheboygan County. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling with day, evening, and overnight shifts available, enabling you to help older adults maintain independence while building a meaningful career in caregiving.

About the Role

As an in-home caregiver with Senior Helpers of Sheboygan, you'll deliver personalized care services directly in clients' homes across the Sheboygan area. You'll support seniors' daily activities, health management, and emotional well-being while respecting their preferences, dignity, and independence.

What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and dressing
• Prepare meals, manage dietary needs, and provide feeding assistance when required
• Offer medication reminders and support medication management according to care plans
• Help with safe mobility, transfers, and physical support throughout the home
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and shopping to maintain a clean, comfortable environment
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engagement activities
• Document care activities and communicate updates to supervisors and family members
• Respond promptly and compassionately to clients' needs while maintaining professional care standards

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• CNA certification or documented caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours including days, evenings, and overnights
• Physical capability to assist with mobility and personal care tasks
• Genuine compassion, patience, and respect for client autonomy and preferences
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to pass a background check and maintain professional standards
