About the Role

As our Counter Sales Warehouse associate, you'll be the front line of our operation—serving electricians, contractors, and customers who depend on us for electrical supplies, equipment, and expertise. This is a hands-on position that combines customer-facing sales with warehouse operations, offering variety and real responsibility from day one.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers at the sales counter with product selection, specifications, and ordering
• Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, pulling inventory and preparing shipments
• Maintain organized inventory, monitor stock levels, and support receiving and stocking operations
• Build product knowledge across our electrical supplies catalog to answer customer questions
• Process transactions, handle payments, and maintain accurate sales records
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide exceptional customer service that reflects our commitment to the trades
