About the Role

This is a hands-on residential service position for a plumber who takes craftsmanship seriously. You'll be dispatched to customer homes to diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems — from routine fixes to more complex service calls. The pay range for this Journeyman Plumber role is $40–$50 per hour, reflecting the skill and professionalism the team expects.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, water heater failures, and fixture malfunctions
• Replace and install pipes, valves, faucets, toilets, disposals, and related fixtures to code
• Perform service calls independently, managing each job from arrival through clean-up
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining findings and recommended repairs in plain language
• Document work completed and materials used accurately for dispatch and invoicing
• Maintain a clean, professional job site that reflects well on the company

What We're Looking For

• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber license — required
• Demonstrated experience in residential service and repair (not just new construction)
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently without supervision
