Position Summary
As our Cook, you'll be at the center of our food service operation, preparing quality meals and snacks for guests enjoying our Anaheim location. This is a full-time role that demands both speed and precision—you'll work during evenings and weekends when our venue is busiest, keeping our kitchen running smoothly and our guests satisfied. Pizza preparation skills are especially valuable in this role.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items to order in a high-volume kitchen setting
- Execute pizza making and other specialty items during service
- Handle knife skills and food prep with speed and accuracy
- Manage multiple cooking tasks simultaneously while maintaining food quality and safety
- Work on your feet for extended periods during busy shifts
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow proper food safety protocols
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely, quality service
Requirements
- Current valid food handlers card
- Experience working in a full kitchen environment with standard culinary tools
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable standing for 4 or more hours during a shift
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Pizza preparation experience is highly valued
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
