Qualifications

  • Demonstrated understanding of human services programs and systems serving Pierce County's diverse populations
  • Leadership experience managing teams and departments within a public or nonprofit setting
  • Knowledge of homelessness, housing, aging, disabilities, or early childhood services
  • Familiarity with regional services coordination and cross-sector collaboration
