The Opportunity
This position of Contracts Coordinator (Conveyancing Paralegal / Assistant) offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic HQ legal team. Reporting to the Manager of Legal and Compliance, you will contribute to the success of the brand by delivering exceptional service in ensuring smooth property transactions and compliance.
Core Duties
- Contribute to the successful delivery of conveyancing services
- Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations
- Support the team in managing day-to-day administrative tasks related to property transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless processes
- Work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, contributing to the overall success of the legal team
- Attend to 1 day per fortnight from home, enhancing work-life balance
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in conveyancing or a related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal documents
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with property law and conveyancing processes
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team environment
