About This Position
We are seeking a full-time Conveyancing Clerk & Paralegal to join our dynamic and growing law practice. As an experienced professional in the field, you will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships and work alongside experienced lawyers and property professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with conveyancing transactions, including title searches, contract reviews, and document preparation
- Prepare and process legal documents accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the conveyancing process
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and assist them throughout their transaction
- Work closely with solicitors to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Conveyancing Clerk or Paralegal in the legal industry
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and processing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and conveyancing software
- Australian legal certification or relevant qualifications
