Role Overview

Lyft is seeking a Paralegal II to join its Legal Team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with in-house counsel and the paralegal team to investigate and respond to claims, conduct factual investigations, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Core Duties
- Investigate and respond to claims related to litigation and employment matters
- Conduct thorough factual investigations as needed for cases
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date in accordance with legal standards
- Support the preparation of legal documents, briefs, and other materials
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Work closely with in-house counsel to manage litigation and employment cases
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in litigation or employment law
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with legal research tools and databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
- Certified Paralegal (NCP or other relevant certification) preferred but not required
