We are seeking a Litigation Partner to join one of the largest firms in California. Jobot is an Am Law 200 firm with a lucrative compensation package and over 50 years of experience as one of the most prominent and successful full-service law firms.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead complex business and commercial litigation cases
- Handle labor and employment matters
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Maintain a minimum book of $500K in annual revenue
- Contribute to the firm's growth and success through strategic partnerships and case management
What You Bring
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a litigation partner, preferably in business and commercial law with labor and employment expertise
- A proven track record of leading high-stakes cases and managing significant client relationships
- Strong leadership skills to mentor junior partners and associates
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in legal practice
