We are seeking a seasoned Employment Attorney to join our growing California-based plaintiffs’ employment law firm dedicated exclusively to representing employees. This full-time position is based in either Los Angeles or Newport Beach, CA.

Core Duties

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients regarding employment-related issues
  • Draft and review contracts, policies, and agreements related to employment practices
  • Conduct investigations into workplace disputes and complaints
  • Develop and implement strategies for resolving employment litigation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the firm’s practice areas

Who We're Looking For
