About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Employment Attorney to join our growing California-based plaintiffs’ employment law firm dedicated exclusively to representing employees. This full-time position is based in either Los Angeles or Newport Beach, CA.
Core Duties
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients regarding employment-related issues
- Draft and review contracts, policies, and agreements related to employment practices
- Conduct investigations into workplace disputes and complaints
- Develop and implement strategies for resolving employment litigation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the firm’s practice areas
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Employment Attorney with 3-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in employment law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Minimum of 3-8 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail
