Position Summary
Wickers, Wickers & Admans LLP, a boutique law firm based in Huntington, NY, specializes in real estate, land use, zoning, and related matters. We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Torrance, California.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will provide critical support to our attorneys by assisting with complex property and development transactions and litigation. Your responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, closing documents, and pleadings; coordinating due diligence, title, and municipal records; and ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm setting, preferably with real estate or land use practice areas.
- Strong drafting and editing skills for contracts, closing documents, and pleadings.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team.
