Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Projects & Infrastructure Lawyer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the legal department, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and support on complex projects and infrastructure matters.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on projects and infrastructure matters
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Represent the company in negotiations and dispute resolution processes
- Stay updated on legislative changes and industry trends that impact projects and infrastructure
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 8-10 years' experience as a Projects & Infrastructure Lawyer, with proven success in similar roles
- Strong legal expertise in project finance, construction law, and public private partnerships (PPP)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Australian Bar admission or equivalent qualification
