Role Overview
We are seeking a System Administrator to manage our server infrastructure, cyber resilience, and network security. This role will be hands-on in managing existing development servers while also contributing to the long-term business strategy as we continue to grow. Reporting to the Infrastructure Technical Director, you'll play a crucial part in shaping one of the most important cyber security upgrade cycles in history.
What You'll Do
- Develop and support management of existing development servers running Linux (CentOS, Rocky Linux, Xen Enterprise, Ubuntu) and MacOS.
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure Technical Director, Technical Leads, and COO to develop and implement a scalable server, network, and storage strategy as the company grows.
- Install and manage industry-specific tooling while configuring systems for job management across a small computing cluster.
- Develop and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks to proactively identify issues.
What We're Looking For
Experience in server infrastructure management, with hands-on experience in Linux (CentOS, Rocky Linux, Xen Enterprise, Ubuntu) and MacOS. Knowledge of network security, cyber resilience, and scalable server strategies is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively are key.
