Community Health Representative Clerk

Join our team as a Community Health Representative Clerk at Fwfn in Fort William First Nation, ON. This role is a full-time position based in our Fort William First Nation office.

Role Overview

• Support the community health initiatives and programs in Fort William First Nation
• Assist with data collection, management, and reporting for health-related projects
• Coordinate with community members and local health services to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Provide administrative support to health professionals and staff

<h2-Core Duties

• Assist in the organization and maintenance of health records and databases
• Prepare and distribute health-related communications and materials
• Assist in the planning and execution of health awareness events and campaigns
• Support the coordination of health services and programs for community members

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of a high school diploma with relevant coursework in health sciences or a related field
• Experience in a health-related field or administrative support role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
