Position Summary

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns and other tax documentation.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to support tax planning and compliance.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance.
• Prepare and present tax reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with tax regulations.

Who We're Looking For

• A Tax Manager with at least 8 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a professional services or large corporation setting.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior tax professionals.
• Proven track record of leading tax planning and compliance efforts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic tax advice.
