About the Role

As a Club House Facilitator with TOGETHER! in Lacey, Thurston County, you will guide day-to-day club house activities and foster an environment where members can learn, grow, and engage with one another. This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Site Coordinator, with a target start date of June 13, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate club house programs and daily activities for participants.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with members and encourage active involvement.
• Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere for everyone who takes part.
• Partner closely with the Site Coordinator to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support members as they work toward their personal and group goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for working with people.
• Ability to organize, facilitate, and adapt group activities.
• A collaborative, dependable approach to teamwork.
• Comfortable working on-site in Lacey, Thurston County on a full-time schedule.
