What This Role Involves

As an Account Based Marketing Manager in Financial Services, you'll drive high-impact marketing strategies tailored to our largest and most complex financial services enterprise customers. Your focus is on creating personalized, account-level campaigns that align sales and marketing teams around shared revenue goals. You'll combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business outcomes through precision-targeted initiatives across digital channels, events, and account engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account-based marketing programs for enterprise financial services customers using AWS cloud solutions
• Collaborate with sales and account leadership to identify high-value accounts and design targeted go-to-market strategies
• Create and manage multi-touch marketing campaigns using analytics, personalization, and marketing automation tools
• Measure campaign performance and ROI, refining strategies based on data and market feedback
• Coordinate content, creative, and messaging across channels to ensure consistent brand and value communication
• Manage stakeholder relationships across marketing, sales, and executive teams
• Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and AWS service innovations in financial services

What You Bring

• 3+ years of account-based marketing, B2B marketing, or related enterprise marketing experience
• Proven success building and executing ABM or similar targeted customer programs
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with marketing metrics, CRM platforms, and marketing technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
• Knowledge of financial services industry, cloud technology, or enterprise software marketing (preferred)
• Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple concurrent accounts and campaigns
