About the Role
As a Service Advisor with Bass Pro Shops in Prairie Du Chien, Crawford County, you will play a hands-on role across daily Service Department operations. This full-time, on-site position involves managing unit inventory tasks, completing pre-delivery inspections (PDI), and walking customers through delivery orientation so every purchase leaves the lot ready to use.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the full range of Service Department functions, including unit inventory procedures.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to confirm equipment is prepared and operational.
- Guide customers through delivery orientation on their newly purchased units.
- Help customers who need service or warranty repairs for boats, motors, trailers, or ATV/UTVs.
- Support the sale of parts and accessories as needed.
- Contribute to a positive, service-focused environment for every guest.
Qualifications
- Interest in or familiarity with boats, motors, trailers, and ATV/UTV equipment.
- Strong customer service skills and a willingness to assist guests with service and warranty needs.
- Attention to detail for inspections and inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a Service Department team.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Prairie Du Chien, Crawford County.
