Clinical Testing Psychologist – Federal Way, WA

About the Role

As a Clinical Testing Psychologist, you'll conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and administer standardized assessments that guide accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Your expertise in psychometric testing will help patients understand their cognitive, emotional, and behavioral strengths and needs, while supporting clinical decision-making across our Federal Way practice.

What You'll Do

• Administer, score, and interpret a range of standardized psychological tests and assessment instruments
• Conduct thorough clinical interviews and behavioral observations
• Develop detailed, clinically meaningful psychological reports for providers and patients
• Collaborate with clinical teams to inform treatment planning and referrals
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and assessment records
• Stay current with evidence-based assessment practices and professional standards

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Psychology or related field (PhD/PsyD preferred)
• Washington State psychological license or eligibility to obtain one
• Demonstrated expertise administering and interpreting standardized psychological batteries
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and analytical skills
• Excellent written communication abilities for report preparation
• Commitment to patient-centered, collaborative care
• Ability to thrive in a part-time clinical role
