About the Role

As a Client Transportation Specialist with Visiting Angels Columbus West, you'll be the reliable driver and supportive companion our clients depend on. You'll transport clients safely to medical appointments, therapy sessions, healthcare facilities, community activities, and errands throughout the Riverlea and greater Franklin County area. Your professionalism and attentiveness will directly support our in-home health care mission—helping clients maintain their independence while ensuring they never miss an important appointment or activity.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a vehicle to transport clients to medical facilities, physician appointments, physical therapy, and wellness visits
• Drive clients to community activities, social events, shopping, and personal errands
• Provide courteous, patient assistance with entering and exiting the vehicle
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and client interactions
• Communicate respectfully with clients and care coordinators about schedules and special needs
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform routine vehicle inspections
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
