Position Summary
Aleph is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Partner Manager to join our TikTok Ads sales team in Dhaka. This role focuses on representing top-tier brand advertisers and media agencies within the Bangladesh market through TikTok's ad platform, helping them achieve their marketing objectives.
Core Duties
- Foster long-lasting partnerships with key clients to drive growth and success for both Aleph and our partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier brand advertisers and media agencies in the Bangladesh market.
- Create and implement sales strategies that align with client needs, ensuring maximum ROI on their advertising spend.
- Analyze data and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media sales, preferably within the TikTok platform or similar ad networks.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-value client portfolios, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Bangladesh market's advertising landscape, including agency and advertiser ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
