Dot-Line Transportation is seeking a Class A CDL Team Driver with at least one year of experience for a full‑time dedicated dry‑van position based in the Middle East area of Philadelphia County.

About the Role

This position involves operating as part of a two‑driver team on over‑the‑road routes that span the country. You will haul dry‑van freight on dedicated lanes, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Partner with a fellow driver to manage long‑haul coast‑to‑coast runs.
• Operate a dry‑van trailer in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections to keep equipment road‑ready.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch to report progress, delays, or any issues.
• Maintain accurate logs, mileage records, and required paperwork.
• Assist with loading and unloading when needed, following proper safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable OTR team driving experience.
• Ability to work a dedicated schedule that includes night, weekend, and holiday miles.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professional conduct.
• Good physical health to meet the demands of team driving and frequent vehicle checks.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies, including hours‑of‑service regulations.
