What You'll Do

• Create and maintain the official written record of all court proceedings through accurate minute-taking and documentation
• Receive, catalog, and securely preserve all documents, notices, and evidence presented during court sessions
• Process and organize trial exhibits with precision and proper handling protocols
• Manage case files and maintain the integrity of records from initial filing through archival
• Assist with court scheduling, filing systems, and administrative procedures to keep operations running smoothly
• Interact professionally with judges, court staff, attorneys, and members of the public
• Support the daily operations of the circuit court to ensure timely and efficient case processing
