- Assist in billing and procurement coordination to ensure timely payments and accurate records
- Oversee order fulfilment and inventory management to maintain stock levels and meet demand
- Provide general business support as required by the team

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience in operational administration, billing, and procurement coordination
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with inventory management systems a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required; proficiency in English is essential
