About This Position

We are seeking a Property Executive to manage the day-to-day operations, environmental, and cleanliness of The Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay. As an integral part of our team, you will ensure that the arts centre runs smoothly by overseeing tenants' operations for patrons and visitors.

What You'll Do

• Carry out routine inspections and maintenance of general building works carried out by appointed contractors.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patrons, visitors, and staff.
• Oversee the operations of tenants to ensure compliance with environmental standards and operational protocols.
• Coordinate with various departments to address any issues related to building operations and maintenance.

• Proven experience in property management or a related field.
