This full-time position offers flexible scheduling within our service hours, allowing you to build your own client base while supporting our growing practice.
What You'll Do
- Perform mobile notarial services, including witnessing and certifying signatures on legal documents
- Verify the identity of signatories using acceptable identification methods
- Administer oaths and affirmations as required by California law
- Maintain accurate, organized notarial records and documentation for all transactions
- Communicate professionally with clients, answer questions about the notarization process, and address concerns
- Travel to client locations throughout San Francisco at scheduled times
- Stay current with California notary laws and regulations
