Associate Attorney – Family Law

Lebron Law, PLLC is recruiting an Associate Attorney specializing in family law to join our dedicated team in Kissimmee, Osceola County, Florida. This full-time position offers the chance to build a meaningful practice representing clients through significant family law matters, within a respected Central Florida firm committed to client success and attorney growth.

About the Role

As an Associate Attorney in family law at Lebron Law, PLLC, you will provide comprehensive legal representation to clients navigating some of life's most complex decisions. You'll manage a diverse caseload, work collaboratively with the firm's team, and contribute to our reputation for thorough, personalized representation throughout Osceola County and Central Florida.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients to understand their family law needs and develop tailored case strategies
• Draft and review legal documents including separation agreements, custody arrangements, property division agreements, and court motions
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation to support client representation
• Participate in settlement negotiations, mediation, and dispute resolution
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings
• Manage discovery processes, coordinate depositions, and maintain litigation timelines
• Maintain professional client communication and thorough case documentation

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active Florida bar license
• Experience or strong foundational knowledge in family law practice
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a client-centered environment
