About the Role
This full-time Certified Caregiver for Homecare position places you directly in clients' homes, where you'll deliver personalized, 1:1 care that helps older adults remain comfortable, safe, and independent. You'll serve families throughout Taunton, Raynham, Westport, and the surrounding South Coast communities. Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, one-on-one personal care to seniors in their own homes
- Support clients with daily living activities and routines that promote dignity and independence
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with clients and their families
- Travel to client homes across Taunton, Raynham, Westport, and nearby South Coast towns
- Follow each client's individual care plan with consistency and compassion
Qualifications
- Active certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Genuine motivation to support and care for seniors
- Reliability and the ability to travel to clients located throughout the South Coast area
- Strong interpersonal skills and a caring, patient approach to in-home care
