Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial truck on assigned regional routes
• Transport merchandise and supplies from distribution centers to Dollar General retail locations
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logbooks
• Ensure on-time delivery while following all DOT and safety regulations
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch, warehouse staff, and store teams
• Uphold safe driving practices and cargo management standards

Qualifications

• Current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) with clean driving record
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience (prefer relevant trucking background)
• Ability to pass federal DOT medical certification and background check
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and professional conduct
