What You'll Do
- Operate class 8 tractor-trailers hauling dry freight on interstate and cross-country routes
- Ensure all trips comply with federal DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety standards
- Manage delivery schedules and coordinate status updates with dispatch
- Address routine vehicle maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed
What We're Looking For
- Current Class A commercial driver license with a clean driving record
- 1 to 5 months of prior OTR or long-haul trucking experience
- Ability and willingness to drive solo on extended routes

Pay and Compensation
Starting pay is 56 to 60 cents per mile based on your experience and qualifications. Solo drivers receive $2,000 sign-on bonuses and guaranteed weekly minimums of $1,400. Experienced performers earn up to $1,650 weekly or more. Team drivers access $5,000 sign-on bonuses with premium pay splits ranging from 72 to 80 cents per mile.
