About the Role
We're hiring experienced CDL-A drivers with 1 to 5 months of commercial driving experience for solo and team over-the-road positions. This full-time role focuses on safe, timely delivery of freight in our dry van fleet with strong earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Operate commercial vehicles on over-the-road routes throughout the United States
- Transport dry freight in a well-maintained fleet
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation
- Ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations
- Deliver cargo on schedule while maintaining professional standards
Compensation & Benefits
- Solo drivers: 56–60 cents per mile based on experience, averaging 2,000 miles per week
- Guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,400 with a 12 out/2 home schedule
- $2,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers
- Top-performing solo drivers earn up to $1,650 weekly
- Team drivers: $0.72–$0.80 per mile split, averaging 5,000 miles per week
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for team drivers (split between partners)
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license with over-the-road driving experience
- 1 to 5 months of commercial driving background
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening
- Strong safety record and professional driving practices
- Commitment to meeting delivery schedules
