Role Overview

Wise Group is seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Strandon, New Plymouth. This role offers flexible shifts across 24 hours, seven days per week, providing comprehensive support to individuals with mental health needs.

<h2-Core Duties

• Maintain the physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness of tāngata whaiora (people in care).
• Assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and other daily living tasks.
• Work alongside individuals to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

<h2-Requirements

• Holding Level 4, Health & Wellbeing qualification or a recognized equivalent.
• Able to work flexible shifts across 24 hours, seven days per week.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care in a supportive environment.
