The Opportunity

We are currently seeking Support Workers to join our team in the Epping and Ryde areas. This is a part-time role with flexible hours and days available. Permanent part-time or casual positions are both options, offering you the flexibility to choose what works best for your lifestyle.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing support to clients in their homes across the Hills area
• Assisting with daily living activities and personal care needs
• Ensuring client safety and well-being during visits
• Maintaining clear communication with team members and supervisors

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the care industry is beneficial but not required; we welcome both experienced professionals and those new to the field
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel within the designated area
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care
