Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
- Help with activities of daily living and mobility support
- Monitor and report on client health status and wellbeing
- Maintain clean and safe living environments for clients
- Document care activities and communicate with healthcare team members
- Support clients with meal preparation and medication reminders as appropriate
- Respond compassionately to client needs throughout your shift
Skills & Qualifications
- Valid certification as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), HHA (Home Health Aide), or PCA (Personal Care Attendant)
- Pass a criminal background check
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong ability to speak and write in English
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical, or caregiving settings preferred
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
