About the Role
As an Assistant Manager at our Naperville car wash, you'll work alongside the General Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll support team development, uphold quality standards, and help drive the performance and growth of our location while prioritizing an outstanding guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and develop team members to foster a strong, motivated workforce
- Train staff on car wash operations, safety protocols, and customer service excellence
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance checks
- Provide responsive support to customers and address concerns promptly
- Monitor and manage inventory and supply ordering
- Enforce safety standards and company policies across all shifts
