About the Role

As our Director, HR Business Partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, developing and executing a forward-thinking talent strategy that strengthens organizational effectiveness. This is a consultative, influential position that balances employee engagement with operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with senior leaders and department managers to align talent initiatives with business strategy and objectives
  • Design and implement employee development programs, performance management processes, and engagement strategies
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations matters
  • Lead workforce planning efforts to support business growth and organizational capability building
  • Champion a positive culture that attracts, retains, and develops high-performing talent
  • Oversee and manage complex employee relations situations with discretion and sound judgment
  • Collaborate with Human Resources teams to ensure consistent policy implementation and compliance

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of HR experience, including demonstrated success in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role
  • Director-level experience or equivalent leadership responsibility
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate HR strategy into measurable business impact
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and advise senior leadership
  • Experience designing and implementing talent management programs, including recruitment, retention, and development
  • Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and ability to navigate complex employee relations issues
  • Track record of building trust and credibility with executives and employees at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; relevant certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) a plus
