Horizon Media is hiring a full-time Director, Business Solutions in New York City to help shape how data, audiences, and media come together to drive measurable client growth. This is an on-site leadership role within Horizon Next, one of the most forward-thinking and analytically grounded marketing teams in the industry.
About the Role
As Director, Business Solutions, you will operate at the meeting point of three fast-moving forces: people, data, and media. You'll provide the strategic guidance that turns insight into action, partnering with clients to plan smarter, invest more effectively, and measure what truly matters across every channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver senior strategic leadership that accelerates growth for Horizon Media's client portfolio.
- Shape brand strategy, media planning, and investment approaches tailored to each client's objectives.
- Champion best-in-class analytics to inform decisions and demonstrate impact across all media channels.
- Translate audience and data signals into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate across teams to connect people, data, and media into cohesive, results-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading strategy, media planning, or business solutions within an agency or data-driven marketing environment.
- Strong command of analytics and the ability to apply insights across multiple media channels.
- Confidence advising clients and guiding cross-functional teams at a senior, director level.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of accelerating client growth.
- Comfort working on-site in New York City in a fast-evolving, collaborative setting.
