About the Role

This leadership position puts you at the helm of a critical business unit focused on broadband device innovation and market expansion. You'll combine strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, cost-effective solutions that capture market opportunity across multiple customer segments.

What You'll Do

• Set and execute business strategy for the Broadband Devices Business Line, driving revenue growth and market share
• Lead go-to-market initiatives targeting service providers, enterprise customers, and emerging adjacent markets
• Develop and champion innovative product and solution approaches that differentiate Nokia in a competitive landscape
• Balance growth ambitions with cost discipline, ensuring sustainable profitability and operational efficiency
• Build and mentor high-performing teams across product, engineering, sales, and customer success functions
• Establish key performance indicators, track business health, and drive accountability across the business unit
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align Devices Business Line priorities with broader Nokia Global objectives

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record leading complex, multi-hundred-million-dollar businesses or business units
• Strong understanding of broadband, networking, or telecommunications markets and competitive dynamics
• Strategic mindset paired with demonstrated operational excellence and disciplined execution
• Experience building and scaling teams in technology or equipment manufacturing environments
• Ability to balance innovation with commercial pragmatism and cost management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and comfort working across global, matrixed organizations
• Track record of driving customer-centric solutions for service providers or enterprise segments
