Your Responsibilities
- Maximise existing broker relationships and build strong, strategic, growth partnerships as part of our fast-paced distribution team.
- Engage key strategic brokers on Flock’s unique benefits, focusing on market-leading advantages.
- Use AI tools to research brokers, prepare for meetings, and enhance business conversations.
Qualifications
- Ambitious and passionate individual with a proven track record in broker development or related field.
- Experience in managing key strategic relationships within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
