What This Role Involves
The role involves sitting close to the commercial engine of neospaces, where you will research market trends, outreach to potential clients, and help build and maintain prospect lists. You'll be responsible for drafting, sending, and following up on email and LinkedIn campaigns, qualifying leads, and preparing pitch materials, market maps, and account briefs. You will also track what's working and share insights with the team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Read the market to identify owners, brands, and expansion signals before competitors do
- Build and maintain prospect lists and keep the CRM system sharp, clean, and current
- Get outreach moving by drafting, sending, and following up on email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand over the hottest ones to our brokers
- Arm the team with pitch materials, market maps, and account briefs
- Track what's working and share insights with the team
What We're Looking For
- Currently studying or recently graduated in business, economics, real estate, or a related field
- A clear interest in sales, business development, or commercial real estate
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- German-native speaker and fluent in English
- Comfortable with digital tools such as CRM, spreadsheets, and LinkedIn
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to take on real work
- Available for a 3–6 month internship, on-site in Berlin, Germany, Germany
