About This Position
The newly created role of Business Development Lead at Talent Hub in Auckland or Wellington offers a unique opportunity to leverage your commercial expertise for the growth and sustainability of New Zealand Red Cross. As part of this full-time, permanent position (37.5 hours per week), you will be instrumental in shaping national business development activities that support people and communities across Aotearoa New Zealand.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow sustainable revenue streams for the organization
- BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY INDUSTRY STAKEHOLDERS AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS
- IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES THAT ALIGN WITH THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION AND VALUES
- MANAGE AND DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING PARTNERS AND CUSTOMERS
- EVALUATE AND ANALYZE MARKET TRENDS TO INFORM STRATEGIC DECISIONS
