The Opportunity

At Serco, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development to lead our high-stakes, end-to-end campaign pursuits. This role is pivotal in building capabilities addressing eligibility, identifying and mitigating improper payments, fraud mitigation, auditing, and creating process and personnel efficiencies associated with benefits (health, legal, and financial). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end campaign pursuits to build capabilities addressing eligibility and identifying & mitigating improper payments.
  • Develop and implement strategies for fraud mitigation, auditing, and creating process & personnel efficiencies associated with benefits (health, legal, and financial).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business development goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and market analysis.
