About the Role
Caseware is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will involve working closely with clients and internal teams to provide exceptional customer service support. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Core Duties
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both official languages of Canada
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our audit and accounting software solutions
- Collaborate with the Success and Sales Teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales initiatives
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions as required
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates with a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Bilingualism (English and French) is mandatory for this role. A basic understanding of accounting or audit processes would be an asset.
