Role Overview
At Caseware, a leading Fintech company with over 30 years of experience and more than 500,000 users across 130 countries, we are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Product Strategy & Operations team. This role will be pivotal in driving the strategic direction that defines where we play and how we win.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own and drive product strategy work, including AI-native product transformation, major portfolio decisions, pricing and packaging, and global market strategies.
- Work closely with the C-suite to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and initiatives.
- Leverage an AI-native approach in your daily operations, working alongside Claude.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in product strategy and operations within a technology or Fintech environment.
- A deep understanding of AI and its applications in the audit and accounting space is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to global markets and strategies would be advantageous.
