About This Position
At Caseware, a leading Fintech company with over 30 years of experience in audit and accounting software, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As part of the mid-market segment, your role will focus on managing a portfolio of 1500+ existing accounts across North America, with responsibilities including renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. This position is remote and open to all candidates who reside in or are eligible to work in the USA.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with high-value customers and prospects
- Manage a portfolio of 1500+ existing accounts across North America, focusing on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Delight clients by providing exceptional service and support
- Work in North American time zones (EST, MT, PST) as assigned
Qualifications
- Success-driven with a strong achievement-oriented mindset
- A proven sales professional with experience in managing mid-market segments
- Experience in renewals, upselling, and cross-selling strategies
- Strong relationship-building skills and a "Farmer/Nurturer" mentality
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
