About the Role

The Lung Transplant Account Manager (TAM) at CareDx, Inc. is a key player in driving adoption and volume growth of our transplant diagnostics portfolio. This role focuses on transplant centers and community nephrology accounts, requiring collaboration with Solutions Account Managers, Clinical Liaisons, and Medical Science Liaisons to develop and execute account-level growth strategies.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each account’s needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts for upselling and cross-selling relevant CareDx products, solutions, or services.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Develop long-term, account-specific strategies and tactics to expand the CareDx footprint and gain market share.
