About the Role

As a Merchandise Supervisor, you'll bridge store operations and customer experience. Working in a people-first organization, you'll oversee merchandise presentation, inventory management, and team performance to drive both sales and guest satisfaction. This role is central to ensuring our stores reflect the quality and value Bealls Inc. is known for, while supporting your team's growth and success.

What You'll Do

• Supervise merchandise displays, stock rotation, and floor standards across assigned departments
• Lead, train, and mentor team members to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals
• Coordinate with store management on inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and merchandising initiatives
• Ensure products are properly priced, labeled, and displayed according to company standards
• Monitor sales floor activity and respond to customer needs while supporting checkout operations as needed
• Contribute to a welcoming, authentic shopping environment where guests feel valued

What We're Looking For

• Retail or supervisory experience, ideally in a fast-paced store environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Attention to detail and commitment to visual merchandising and product presentation
• Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and collaborate with store leadership
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods during shifts
